Asparagus Harvest and Education Day

Join us at Sharing Our Roots Farm for a morning of asparagus harvest. Learn about the life cycle of asparagus and how to harvest and care for it.

We will be gathering at the Sharing Our Roots Farm (4909 350th St. W., Northfield, Minnesota) on Friday, May 19th at 8:00am and harvest until 11:30am or until harvest is complete, whichever is sooner. Snacks will be provided. Harvest will be canceled if it’s raining.

Please bring a water bottle, a hat, and shoes that are suitable for walking through tall grass or muddy areas.There is a registration cap of 16 people.
