Ana Isabel Gabilondo-Scholz

Ana Isabel Gabilondo-Scholz is a Senior Program Evaluator at the Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Ana Isabel leads the evaluation for the food justice and food sovereignty initiatives and co-leads the Latine Employee Resource Group and the Undocumented Health workgroup. Her evaluation approach centers racial equity and uplifting the voices of communities most impacted, as well as utilizing impact and art-based methodologies to gather data and highlight the community and Center’s contributions.

For fun and to enrich her soul, she creates spaces for women of color to come together and create community, she loves paddleboarding on the lakes, running triathlons, and she’s the mama of two beautiful and sassy girls.
