Virginia Kearny

Virginia Kearney grew up in Northfield and has a deep connection to the community. She has lived all of her adult life in Minneapolis where she taught nursery school for over 25 years. In recent years, she established a garden maintenance and design business and became increasingly interested in soil health and sustainable farming.

Sharing Our Roots has been a great way for Virginia to be part of the sustainable farming movement. She finds it uplifting to be connected to the SOR community.
